These pizza bites are super easy to make and taste delicious! I think they would be great for a school lunch, quick snack or even a delicious appetizer.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Refrigerated biscuit dough
- pepperoni
- cheese (cheddar or colby/monterey jack)
- butter or egg
- italian seasoning
- garlic powder
- parmesan cheese
- pizza sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Flatten each biscuit and top with pepperoni, a slice of cheese and another pepperoni. Gather edges of the biscuit and secure together at the top. Line rolls in a greased pan. Brush with butter or beaten egg. Sprinkle with italian seasoning, garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Bake following the instructions off the biscuit can (Mine was 400 degrees F for about 12 min) Serve with pizza sauce for dipping and ENJOY!
